The ladder was set at an extremely low angle, exposing employees to a potential structural failure or kick out and thus fall hazard to the ground below.

(a)  7 Steeplechase Court, Creamridge, NJ: On or about March 6, 2017, Muzza Builders, Inc. employees were conducting framing and sheathing activities on a large new construction, multi story single family residential structure. The employees were working at various levels and were not using any form of fall protection.  As such they were exposed to fall hazards from approximately 8 feet to greater than 25 feet.      Muzza Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1185025, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/30/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1017 Birch Lane, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
