29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Jackies Crossing, 12 S Maple Ave., Marlton, NJ: On or about March 28, 2017, Muzza Builders, Inc. employees were conducting framing and sheathing activities on a large 4 story new construction, apartment style residential structure. Employees were working from the partially sheathed roof as well as from the framing at the roof level. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 40 feet to the ground below. Muzza Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1185025, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/30/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1017 Birch Lane, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
