29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: On or about March 7, 2017, employees walking on a roof to access their work area were not protected from falling through unguarded skylights, exposing employees to a fall of over 6 feet. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
