29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. Construction Site: On or about March 30, 2017, the employer did not ensure an oxygen cylinder stored on a work truck was separated from the acetylene tank or the auxiliary fuel tank by at least 20 feet or by an appropriate noncombustible barrier. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1926.350(d)(3): Fuel gas was used from cylinders through torches or other devices which were equipped with shutoff valves without reducing the pressure through a suitable regulator attached to the cylinder valve or manifold. On or about March 30, 2017, at a construction work site, the employer did not attach a regulator to the valve (oxygen tank) that was used with welding and cutting operations. The equipment was installed in the bed of a work truck with a hose-line attached to the valve that was routed to a box where regulators were mounted inside. This condition exposed employees to fire and struck-by hazards.
