29 CFR  1926.1412(d)(2): When the [shift inspection] deficiency was determined to constitute a safety hazard, the equipment was not taken out of service until it was corrected:   On or about March 12, 2024, an oil leak from a 30-ton boom crane used in a construction site was observed dripping from main boom lift cylinder while crane operator was lifting concrete chute.
