29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    The employer is failing to provide a written hazard communication program. This was most recently documented on April 11, 2017 at Lot A Tsunami Court Blue Springs, Missouri 64064. The employer does not have a hazard communication program in place to protect from known chemicals used in the process of roofing to include different brands of subfloor & construction adhesive.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals on the jobsite without proper training of these known hazards and how to protect themselves from the chemicals used during roofing. This was most recently documented on April 11, 2017 at Lot A Tsunami Court Blue Springs, Missouri 64064. The employer has not provided hazard communication training to his employees in order for them to effectively protect themselves from hazardous chemicals on the jobsite.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   The employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from building materials.  This was most recently documented on April 11, 2017 at Lot A Tsunami Court Blue Springs, Missouri 64064.  The employer has not provided hard hats to employees working from the ground.

This was most recently documented on April 11, 2017 at Lot A Tsunami Court Blue Springs, Missouri 64064 . An employee was observed using pneumatic nail gun without the use of eye protection.
