29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    (a) ACME Manufacturing Company, Inc. at 4661 Monaco St. Denver, CO: On or before 4/11/2017, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury in that the employer did not train employees on the hazards associated with the chemicals in the facility. Employees operate a metal plating operation and handle plated and unplated metal stock and are exposed to 10% nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, chromium and other chemicals. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
