29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:  (a)	On or before September 21, 2022, the drive sprocket and chain of the Wulftec Wrapper-Ringer, Model WRWA 200, was not adequately guarded at the end of the conveyor where employees loaded material for wrapping.  This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.  (b)	On September 12, 2022, an employee sustained an amputation injury while working at the Wulftec Wrapper-Ringer, Model WRWA 200.  The drive sprocket and chain were not adequately guarded at the end of the conveyor where employees loaded material for wrapping.  This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.
