29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  At a commercial building located at 13902 Century Lane, Grandview, Missouri: Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, Aldocoat 730 Skylight Coating, Puma XL Acrylic Elastomeric Top Coat, and other chemicals.  Aldocoat 730 Skylight Coating and Puma XL are both harmful if swallowed, and both can cause skin and eye irritation.  There was no written hazard communication program for hazardous chemicals used in the work place.
