29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a. On or about 4/07/2017 at Port of Tampa berth 200 dry-dock #1 Tampa, Florida, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized for surgery. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on 4/07/2017 around 1:30 p.m. The employer notified OSHA on 4/17/2017 at 10:00 a.m. of the in-patient hospitalization.
