29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Brothers Roofing, LLC at 303 Vine St., Denver, CO 80206: On and before February 6, 2017 the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees performing roofing work were protected from fall hazards. Employees were roofing a single family home and were not using fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 20 feet.
