29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: On or about 4/28/17 in the warehouse area: Employees were exposed to a laceration and amputation hazard from the Sencorp Machine (SRN. 27070205); the employer failed to ensure that the closing points were guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their hands in the danger zone(s) during operations. The unguarded opening was 35-inch x 29-inch x opening 5 to ¼-inch not guarded while plastic moldings are in operations.
