29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A), (c)(4)(ii)(B), (c)(4)(ii)(C) and (c)(4)(ii)(D): 1800 Enterprise Drive, Buford, GA - On or about 06/14/17, Employees were exposed to sudden energization or start-up of multi-energy source equipment/machinery such as, the Sencorp Thermoformer Machines 1 - 4. The company's written lockout/tagout specific procedures were found with the following deficiencies: a. The energy control procedures did not specifically outline the steps for placement of Safety Jacks onto the multi-energy source machines due to it is a requirement as part of the company's lockout machine specific procedures. b. The energy control procedures did not specifically outline the steps for restarting the air when adjusting the platen.
