The platform height for the ladder jack scaffolding was approximately twenty-five feet high towards the center of the building and approximately twenty-nine feet towards the rear of the residence.

An employee was working from ladder jack scaffolding on the side of the house.  The ladder jack scaffolding consisted of three ladders and two platforms.  The platforms were bridged together on the center ladder.
