North side of the yard, where four oxygen cylinders and three acetylene cylinders were stored together on one skid.  2. South side of the yard, where two oxygen cylinders and five acetylene cylinders were stored together on one skid.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  a) Weld Shop, where a compressed gas cylinder containing argon was stored against the wall without being secured.  The Bonneville Power Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979766, citation no. 1, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 22, 2014 with respect to a workplace at Ellensburg, WA.  The Bonneville Power Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985644, citation no. 1, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 15, 2014 with respect to a workplace at East Wenatchee, WA.

The Bonneville Power Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1133722, citation no. 1, item no. 9b, and was affirmed as a final order on July 21, 2016 with respect to a workplace at Vancouver, WA.

Electrician Shop, spray bottle containing isopropyl alcohol was not equipped with a hazard warning.  2. Substation Supply Shelf, spray bottle containing clear liquid was not labeled.
