29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet.  a) On or about 5/9/2017, and at times prior to, Worrell Contracting Co employees working at the VA National Cemetery located at 3568 Townes Ave in Memphis, TN were exposed to gasoline, carb and choke cleaner, bug degreaser (eye, skin, and/or respiratory irritants) for which the employer did not compile a complete chemical list of all hazardous materials used in the work place.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).  Worrell Contracting Co, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1145257, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/28/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1200 bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN.
