29 CFR  1910.243(e)(1)(i): Power lawnmowers of the walk-behind, riding-rotary, and reel power lawnmowers shall be guarded in accordance with the machine guarding requirements in 29 CFR 1910.212, General requirements for all machines.   a)	Chattanooga National Cemetery: On or about  August 4, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a struck-by hazard when operating Kubota ZG332 Zero Turn Lawnmower without an approved chute guard and/or mulching kit in accordance with requirements in 29 CFR 1910.212.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC CHEMICAL/PRODUCT(S) EXPOSURE INCLUDING SPECIFIC TARGET ORGAN EFFECTS, CARCINOGEN WARNING AND/OR PHYSICAL HAZARDS AS APPLICABLE WHICH ARE NOT LISTED ON THE LAB  a)	Chattanooga National Cemetery: On or about  August 4, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to gasoline, carb and choke cleaner, bug degreaser for which the employer did not have a written hazardous communication program in the workplace.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).  Worrell Contracting CO, INC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1231295, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/15/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Chattanooga National Cemetry.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet.  a)	Chattanooga National Cemetery: On or about  August 4, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to gasoline, carb and choke cleaner, bug degreaser for which the employer did not compile a complete chemical list of all hazardous materials using a product identifier that was referenced with the appropriate safety data sheets.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).  The (employer name) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 154885, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/15/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
