29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a. On or about May 10, 2017, at 2969 SW 106th Street in Gainesville Florida, employees installing drip edge trim metal on a 4:12 pitch roof with an eave height of 11 feet without fall protection, had not been trained to install and utilize fall protection equipment to minimize fall hazards.
