OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to amputation, laceration and bone fracture hazards from contact with rotating parts: A. On or about May 11, 2017, Production: An employee working at the Greenlee Brothers & Co Boring Machine, Number 60124 was seriously injured when the sleeve of his jacket was pulled into the rotating bit.
