29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On May 12, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 19 feet while performing roofing work to an existing multi family townhome. Custom Roofing Contracting, LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898073, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 4, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1639 Colchester Ln., Aurora, IL 60568. Custom Roofing Contracting, LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 995173, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 9, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #36, Kildeer, IL 60010.
