29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): Employees were allowed to work on surfaces which did not have the requisite strength and structural integrity: Casino, Tent: On April 4, 2017, employees were working at a height of approximately 45 feet on top of a tent replacing fans. The tent roof ripped causing an employee to fall through the hole a distance of approximately 4 feet, a supporting member breaking his fall. The employer did not ensure the structural integrity of the tent roof.
