29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: Maintenance Shop: On or about November 19, 2024, and at times prior thereto, a 10- inch DEWALT DW745 (serial No.201110-CT095311) table saw was not provided with the blade guard that adjust to the thickness of the materials being cut and remain in contact with it. Employees were exposed to amputation related injuries.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Maintenance Shop: On or about November 19, 2024, and at times prior thereto, an electrical panel (240 volts) was blocked by storage. Employees were unable to access the electrical equipment immediately in case of an emergency. Employees were potentially exposed to fire hazard(s).
