29 CFR 1910.265(c)(5)(i): Stairways were not constructed in accordance with 29 CFR part 1910, Subpart D: a) At Shaving Machine Number 2, on or about and at times prior to May 18, 2017, the employer did not ensure a stairway system, used to access the mezzanine of the shaving machine, was equipped with a rail midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface, resulting a fall hazard of approximately 80 inches.
