29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Ground floor, Leonard St. entrance area: : On or about 05/23/2017, an establishment employee was exposed hazards when working from the structural support frames / shoring for the poured concrete deck/flooring. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 10 feet and was not using any form of fall protection.
