29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, shall be guarded. The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. (a) On or about May 25, 2017, the Producto Saw Systems Resaw #1 (Model: MG79-4, S/N: 07-11-1535) had an unguarded saw blade closest to the operator's station exposing employees to struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.213(a)(9): All belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, and moving parts shall be guarded in accordance with the specific requirements of 1910.219. (a) On or about May 25, 2017, the Producto Saw Systems Resaw #1 (Model: MG79-4, S/N: 07-11-1535) had an unguarded belt and pulley assembly exposing employees to caught in hazards. (b) On or about May 25, 2017, in Building 2 on the Resaw Line, the Product Saw Systems (Serial Number 2012-1015-1535) #2 outfeed rollers for the gangsaw had an unguarded chain and sprocket exposing employees to caught in hazards. (c) On or about May 17, 2017, in Building 2 on the Resaw Line, the Product Saw Systems (Serial Number 2012-1015-1535) #2 infeed rollers for the gangsaw had an unguarded chain and sprocket exposing employees to caught in hazards.
