29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(viii): An aerial lift truck was moved when the boom was elevated in a working position with men in the basket and was not specifically designed for this type of operation in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (a)(1) and (2) of this section: On or about 2 June, 2017 at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was driving an aerial lift while in an elevated position, exposing employee to a hazard of being catapulted/ejected from lift.
