29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The equipment's maximum working radius could get closer than 20 feet to a power line and the employer did not meet the requirements in Option (1), Option (2), or Option (3) of this section: On May 22, 2017, at the south side of the Imperial Pacific Resort Hotel project, the tower crane load line used to lift steel rebar touched a power line, exposing employees to electrocution hazards.
