29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Boscovs jobsite, 5800 Peach St. in Erie, PA. On or about June 6, 2017, an employee, operating a JLG personnel boom lift to install the bridging for the roof-deck, was not utilizing fall protection while riding and working in the boom lift basket.
