OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees to fall hazards while working on top of chemical trailers. a) On or about June 7, 2017 at the North River Pad area, employees were working from the walk platform on top of the trailers, connecting the vent line to the vent connection towards the rear and on top of chemical trailers, were not protected from falling approximately eleven feet.
