29 CFR 1910.26(e): Portable dockboards are equipped with handholds or other means to permit safe handling of dockboards:   a) Defense Commissary, Langley Airforce Base: On or about 06/13/2107, employees were required to manually lift a dock plate that did not have handholds as a result employees were exposed to possible injuries.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
