29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area. Location: Langley AFB, 51 Spaatz Dr. Hampton VA. On or about: 12 December 2023 a) Employees worked cleaning meat slicers with degreasers without being trained on the safety and health hazards of the degreaser and or required PPE.
