29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about June 13, 2017 and at times prior, ECO Roof and Solar, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that subcontractor employees who were required to engage in re-roofing activities on a two-story single family residential complex, were protected from exposure to fall hazards of approximately 10-12 feet on the first landing and approximately 19-20 feet on top of the roof. ECO Roof and Solar, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard Duty to have fall protection 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1056988, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 6, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 10341 W Girton Dr. Lakewood, CO 80227. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
