29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) 10809 Milliken St, Parker, CO 80134: On or about December 7, 2023 and at times prior, ECO Roof and Solar, Inc., as the controlling employer did not ensure a safety program was developed and implemented for the work environment, to include for effective frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person of the job-site, materials, and equipment. Four subcontractor employees performing roofing operations on the second level, worked near the edge of the building without utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to a fall hazard of 18 feet 6 inches to the ground below.
