The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 493 minutes. Engineering and/or administrative controls had not been implemented, on or about 6/16/17.  c) Taylor Pallets & Recycling, Inc., Winder, GA - An employee operating the T4 saw was exposed to noise at a time-weighted average (TWA) of 100.4 dBA, which exceeded the permissible exposure limit of 90 dBA.
