There were several fire extinguishers throughout the shop not in view, were not mounted and/or labeled/identified as to its location, in the event of an emergency, on or about 05/10/18.

29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service:   1030 Bankhead Hwy., Winder, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard.  Employees were required to operate the sit-down forklift on a daily basis hauling material back and forth from the shop area.  Employees were not required to perform daily inspection of the lift before placing it in service to detect any deficiencies/defects of the lift, on or about 05/10/18.  a. The Toyota sit-down forklifts #1, #3 and #5, Model 8FD018 - The back-up warning alarm system (reverse horn) and lights were inoperable and/or missing from forklifts.
