29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 2649 Amber Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125 - The employer did not ensure each employee engaged in residential construction activities at a height of approximately 12 feet above the lower level were protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or alternative fall protection measure, thus exposing employees to fall from height hazards. Strong Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard in OSHA inspection number 1219850, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on May 23, 2017.
