(c) Metal Shop: Employees were exposed to caught in hazards while working on the Central Machinery Milling & Drilling Machine, Serial Number 131134 with an unguarded chuck. (d) Metal Shop: Employees were exposed to caught in hazards while working on the Central Machinery Lathe, type 1340A, Machine Number 87-99 with an unguarded chuck. (e) Metal Shop: Employees were exposed to caught in hazards while working on the Central W. F. Wells, Inc. Sawing Machine Tools, Model W-9-1, Horizontal Band Saw, Serial Number 4972 with an unguarded saw blade. THE U. S. NAVY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 967513, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 00 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 25, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT U.
