Stucco USA was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1074052, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 14 March 2017 , with respect to a workplace located at 3049 Sachen Street, Georgetown, TX 78626.  Stucco USA was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 983079, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 27 August 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 112 Bastrop Drive, Georgetown, TX.
