29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Employees working with and around the Heavy Duty Multi-Purpose Cleaner stored with the cleaning products in the furniture warehouse were exposed to chemical burns and eye damage in that there was no eyewash or drenching station provided.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Employees working in and around the furniture warehouse and the receiving warehouse were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards in that the portable fire extinguishers were mounted and the location of fire extinguishers was not identified.
