29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  Store/Register Area: On and/or before October 19, 2022 a chest freezer used to store consumables for purchase was plugged into a relocatable power tap and not used according to listing and labeling instructions.  This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).  The Navy Exchange was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1623647, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at NAS North Island Building 2017 San Diego, CA. 92135.
