29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about June 22, 2017 and times prior thereto at the worksite located at or near 9320 Maumelle Boulevard in North Little Rock, Arkansas, the employer did not have a written respiratory protection program. An employee was required to use either a N-95 particulate respirator or half face-piece respirator when emptying the dust bin on the laser cutting machines. This condition exposed employees to inhalation hazards.
