29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: On or about June 26, 2017, an employee suffered a work-related injury resulting in a hospitalization and the employer did not report the work-related injury to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. The employer reported the incident on June 28, 2017. Niemann Foods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard: 29 CFR 1904.39(A)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1165066,citation number 2, item number 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 10/13/2016 with respect to a workplace located at 415 East 1st Street, Gibson City, Illinois 60936.
