CJC Construction, LLC project site located at 1197 Edelweiss Ln, Sheboygan Falls, WI: On June 29, 2017, employees were exposed to falls while framing a two story apartment building in that:  A) Two employees were sheathing the roof system without being connected to the lifelines in place on the roof;  B) Two employees were bracing the hip trusses while standing on trusses laying flat on the interior walls and stepping onto the top plate of the exterior wall with a fall height of 8' to the interior and 17.5' to the ground on the exterior of the building.
