29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(ii): Modifications or additions which affect the capacity or safe operation of the equipment were made without the manufacturer's written approval: a) New residential construction located on Lot #5 Melody Ridge Road, Buford, GA 30518: On or about 04/21/2025, the employer exposed employees to potential struck-by hazards while operating a JLG forklift truck, in that a job-made basket attachment use for debris was used on this equipment without approval by the manufacturer.
