The CONTINENTAL FABRICATORS, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1910.252(b)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994662, citation number 1, item number 4b  and was affirmed as a final order on 11/17/2014, with respect to a workplace located at5601 West Park Avenue, Saint Louis, Missouri 63110.
