29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On or about July 7, 2017, and at times prior, the exposing employer, Vargas Exteriors, LLC, did not ensure employees, who were required to engage in re-roofing operations on a residential house, were protected from exposure to fall hazards of 8 feet and greater.  Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").  Vargas Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 991208, citation 1, item 1, and became a final order on September 29, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 15408 W 75th Pl Arvada, CO  80007.  Vargas Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950191, citation 1, item 2, and became a final order on January 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 8349 S Independence Circle, Littleton, CO  80127.
