29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501:  (a) Vargas Exteriors LLC at 8265 Stay Sail Drive, Windsor, CO 80550: On or before 10/27/17, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while performing roofing work on a residential ranch-style house.  Four employees were performing roofing working on a residential home with a pitch of approximately 8/12 without the use of fall protection or a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet.  Vargas Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a serious repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 991208, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-30-14, with respect to a workplace located at 15408 W 75th Place Arvada, CO 80007.  Vargas Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a serious repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1258146, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-23-17, with respect to a workplace located at 432 S. Gilbert Street Castle Rock, CO 80104..
