29 CFR 1910.25(b)(1): The employer did not ensure handrails, stair rail systems, and guardrail systems were provided in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.28. (a) 1600 East Cumberland Street, Lebanon Pennsylvania, 01 line screen area - Employees worked installing screens on the stairs along the north unit. The employer did not ensure that employees were provided with stair rails when exposed to fall hazards, on or about July 10, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
