29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) 270 Gordon Rd., Robbinsville, NJ: On or about July 19, 2017, Strong Contractors Inc. employees were conducting framing activities on a multi-story new construction townhome style residence. A single employee was observed working from an A frame step ladder. The employee was standing on the top and top step of the ladder and as such was exposed to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 270 Gordon Rd., Robbinsville, NJ: On or about July 19, 2017, Strong Contractors Inc. employees were conducting framing activities on a multi-story new construction townhome style residence. A single employee was observed walking the perimeter of the third floor loft decking. There were no guardrails in place and the employee was not using any form of fall protection. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet to the ground below. The employer, Strong Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1219850, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/23/17, with respect to a workplace located at Traditions of America Saucong Valley, Lot 3&4, Center Valley, PA
