29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about July 25, 2017, one (1) employee installing OSB on a 6:12 pitch roof frame was not protected from falling 17 feet to the floor by the use of a guardrail system, safety nest system or personal fall arrest system. b) On or about July 25, 2017, one (2) employees installing pieces of 2x4 and 2x6 in the frame of a 4:12 pitch roof was not protected from falling 9 feet to the floor by the use of a guardrail system, safety nest system or personal fall arrest system.
